When you hire me as your home Inspector, I take your personal concerns seriously. I will always have your upmost interest at heart. The main purpose of a home inspection is to discover major defects and safety concerns but I will also make you aware of potential maintenance concerns which may appear to be of little importance now however; can make maintaining your home down the road easier and less expensive. I will give you as much time as you require to understand your new home. If you have a lot of questions, ask them. There is no extra charge if the inspection takes an hour longer bacause of the questions you ask.
