Amerihome Advisors, LLC offers a three step process to address any mold or bacteria issues in your home or place of business throughout Central, Florida and the surrounding areas. There are a number of places where mold can be found in your home or business which can cause serious health concerns. Some signs are visible while others are not. A thorough inspection is your best protection.
Step 1: Order a 10 Point Air & Surface Quality Inspection: This first step will identify and confirm the Air and Surface Quality in your Home or Business. These inspections will be provided by a Certified IASQ inspector from AmeriHome Advisors,LLC. (AHA). This is a good place to start if you have an interest in better air & surface quality in your home. A small investment for your better health and piece of mind.
Germ-Free Solutions:If limited mold and high levels of bacteria exist, a treatment plan is available to tackle the problem without further investigation. (Click on the "XMICROBE technology" tab on the left menu bar for details.
IStep 2: Additional Sampling & Lab Analysis: If obvious and dangerous mold exist, additional sampling and Lab analysis will be recommended as shown below. These are fee schedule services provided by both AHA and Pro-Lab. Under extreme conditions, we recommend skipping step 1 and going directly to Step 2. (lab sampling)
Air Sampling:This will determine the type and the amount of airborne contamination that exist in the air. Both the indoor air and outdoor air samples are collected and the results are compared to see if a problem exists and if airborne mold spores are active.
Tape/Swab Sampling: On obvious affected areas, samples are collected from visible mold surfaces by wiping with a sterile swab or bio-tape which will identify the specific mold type. These samples are sent over night to Pro-Lab facilities for testing.
Step 3: Recommendations and Laboratory Results: Once all of the sampling reports have been received back from PRO-LAB, A member from our Partner Program and expert in MOLD Remediation -SERVPRO of Greater Orlando, will perform a visual inspection, review the written lab report with you and determine a plan of action if necessary to remove or treat the mold and bacteria to prevent further contamination. SERVPRO will provide a written proposal and cost estimate for removal of any contaminated materials and for the restoration of your property.
