Meet Phil Gribbons — Founder & CEO, Certified Master Inspector, and Industry Veteran
Phil Gribbons, founder and CEO of AmeriHome Advisors, LLC, brings a lifetime of experience and integrity to every inspection. A veteran of the United States Navy during the Vietnam War Era, Phil’s dedication and work ethic were shaped by his military service and honed through decades in real estate and construction. After earning a degree from the University of Louisville School of Business, Phil launched a successful career in Orlando, Florida, where he became a licensed real estate professional and residential contractor, managing projects for 20 years.
In 2008, Phil transitioned his skills to the home inspection and property claims industry. As a Certified Master Inspector, Phil upholds the highest industry standards, employing cutting-edge technology to deliver detailed, reliable reports.
A licensed and insured professional, Phil attributes his achievements to his military foundation and the grace of God. His commitment to protecting clients’ properties and interests has earned him a reputation for excellence across the industry.
Andrew Gribbons — Co-founder & Certified Master Inspector
Andrew Gribbons is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and co-founder of AmeriHome Inspection Services, bringing over a decade of professional home inspection experience to the team. A proud second-generation expert in the field, Andrew grew up immersed in the construction and inspection industry, developing a deep understanding of homes and buildings from an early age.
Andrew attended Florida State University and has since earned recognition as a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with InterNACHI, demonstrating his commitment to the highest industry standards. Specializing in interior condo inspections, full single-family home inspections, wind mitigation, and four-point inspections, he is known for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client protection.
Blending old-school work ethic with today’s advanced tools and technology, Andrew continues to uphold the family’s legacy of trust, transparency, and excellence, ensuring every inspection report delivers clarity and confidence to his clients.
