What payment methods do you accept?
Business or Personal Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express.
How long does an inspection take?
On homes with two inspectors, a typical mid-size or smaller home is one and a half hours. Larger homes, two hours, and estate-size homes can be 3 to 4 hours. Condo inspections are with one inspector and generally take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Pre-Drywall inspections can take 3 to 4 hours.
Do I have to have an inspection to buy a home?
Not if you are a risk taker. Not wise. Most inspections pay for themselves and can even save you money. Some inspections such as a Wind Mitigation and Four Point Inspections may be required to obtain homeowners insurance.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a $50 American Patriot discount off the base inspection fee to Military, Veterans, First Responders, Police, Firemen, and School teachers.
When should I schedule my inspection?
It depends. Pre-owned homes should be scheduled ASAP after signing the purchase agreement. Schedule online from our self scheduling feature. New Home inspections need coordination and approval by the builder with a confirmed and approved inspection date and time. Commercial Inspections can be scheduled once a quote is sent out and accepted.
Do I need to attend the inspection?
You are welcome to attend but not required.
