Payment for services rendered are due and payable upon completion of the home inspection and prior to viewing the inspection report. Payment can be made before or immediately after the inspection by Personal Check or Money Order. If you prefer to pay by credit card, AmeriHome Advisors, LLC, accepts credit card payments on-line prior to viewing your Inspection report. If you are ordering out of state and will not be attending the home inspection, your pre-payment via credit card is appreciated. Simply click on the above logo and it will take you to the credit card application page.
Once your Inspection report is completed and uploaded to Home Gauge, you will receive an e-mail giving you instructions to view your inspection report on your personal computer. No special software is required. If you did not prepay on-line then prior to viewing your report, you will be asked to provide your credit card information and accept the terms of payment as stated below:

* AmeriHome Advisors, LLC has a No Return, No Refund and a No Cancellation policy for services rendered. Once the inspection has been completed, payment for services are considered due and payable. The clients approval, agreement or disagreement with information on the report or the design of the report does not alter the obligation of payment. Client hereby acknowledge that they have entered into a legal and binding Agreement with AmeriHome Advisors, LLC for a Home Inspection. The amount due and payable is the same amount as stated on the invoice which accompanies the report and that which was ordered. All payments are Non-refundable.
